  • How to place an order?
    Please send us your purchase order by email or fax. Or you can ask us to send you a proforma invoice for your order. We need to know the following information for your order: 1) Shipping information - company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or sea port, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container) 2) Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price 3) Delivery time required 4) Freight payment (by collect or prepay) 5) Forwarder's contact details if there's any (in China or Hong Kong)
  • What's the warranty of your products?
    12months (can be extended to 13months becourse of the shipping time/0. Or, 1% FOC spare parts no warranty. (more suitable for the customers have technical specilist.)
  • What's your usual payment term for orders?
    We accept terms of T/T in advance, Western Union, PayPal, for sample order, if more than USD1,000, we prefer T/T in advance. For quantity orders, we prefer T/T 30% deposit, and balance 70% before dispatch. L/C at sight is also available.
